SILVER ZEPHYR is a ride and drive mare imported from England and purchased from Emerald Winds Farm. She has had several babies, but her first here at Glen Grace was this past June(09). Silver had a gorgeous black and white stud colt. He is out of Clononeen Poitin, an amazing Stallion standing in California. We have high hopes that this adorable little guy will be our farm breeding stallion!
Silver is an exceptional mare, outstanding as a trail horse and a beautiful driving mare. She also LOVES being a mama. :)
Silver at the Kentucky Horse Park - 2007
GYPSY WIND was also imported from England and we purchased her from Running Wind Farms. She has had three beautiful babies for us. Her third was just born this April (09) and is an unusal color of Silver Dapple and White; the sire is the son of THE BOSS (a.k.a. The Business) Sir Royal Excalibur.
Gypsy Wind is a ride and drive mare with the steady disposition that this breed is so well known for. I enjoy riding and driving both my mares inbetween babies, as it helps to keep them in good condition!
